Sarah Sculley of Philadelphia was diagnosed with a genetic mutation that drastically increases a person’s likelihood of developing breast and ovarian cancer, along with other forms of cancer. With health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act, she said she was able to formulate a plan with medical experts to increase my chance of survival and maybe even prevent these cancers entirely.
