Pennsylvania is in the midst of a teacher shortage crisis. With more teachers leaving the profession than ever before, and not as many newly certified teachers coming in, something has to be done to address the issue.

One school in Lancaster is doing just that.

JP McCaskey High School has instituted a new, national program called Educators Rising in an effort to get students excited about the profession again, train them properly, and get them to stay in the state.
