“What did you say about UFO’s?”
That’s what PA State Rep. Jordan Harris (D-Philadelphia), chair of the House Appropriations Committee, asked Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) Secretary David Padfield after Wednesday’s appropriations hearing took a strange turn.
Harris asked Padfield the question about UFO’s following Padfield’s response to a previous question about security surrounding nuclear power plants.
Padfield explained that most sightings are due to the alignment of some planets in the night sky or that they come from actions around military bases such as the Fort Indiantown Gap.
