Democrats were fired up on Tuesday when Kamala Harris introduced Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate in Philadelphia. The two rallied in front of a raucous crowd of over 10,000 supporters at the Liacouras Center on Temple University’s campus. Harris picked Walz as her running mate prior to Tuesday’s rally. Walz worked as a teacher and high school football coach before being elected to the US House in 2006. He was elected governor of Minnesota in 2018. During his time as governor, Walz passed legislation giving school students universal free breakfasts and lunches, and expanded reproductive rights and freedoms. ✏️: Sean Kitchen 🎥: Associated Press #Pennsylvania #PAPolitics #PANews #News #Philly #Philadelphia #KamalaHarris #Kamala #Kamala2024 #TimWalz #KamalaHarris2024 #HarrisWalz #2024Election #Election2024 #Election #elections #VP #TempleUniversity
