Dr. Susan Boser has been with the State League since 2021, serving as Social Policy Director since February of 2022. She’s also on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters, Indiana County. She worked in rural human services for 20 years before earning a Ph.D. in Policy from Cornell University. She’s recently retired as a full professor at Indiana University in Pennsylvania where she taught social policy and research methods.
